The Logezy Staff Management Software menu has options to administer Home (Agency Dashboard), Clients, Candidates, Vacancies, Bookings, Timesheet, Invoice & Reports.
Clients can be a group under which there will be multiple business units in different geographical locations or it can be a single entity.
Under Clients, we have two options- Client & Business Units.
Business Units are the customers/locations where you send your staff to cover the shifts. Client and Business Unit can be the same or a Business Unit can be the multiple locations under one Client.
Candidates are all the staff on your roster and who are ready to be deployed.
Under Candidates, we have two options- Candidate List and Candidate Availability.
Vacancies are a list of job openings available for your Candidates. These job openings are listed for each Business Unit.
Under Vacancies, we have the option to Add Vacancy.
We can publish the Vacancy from here so all your staff get notified about the shifts and start applying for them. You can also assign a shift to your staff from here.
Bookings are the shift assigned to the staff/candidate by the agency. It has all the required details such as the name of the candidate, job-title, shift-date, start and end date for the shift, break etc.
You can send the bookings for the entire week/month to the Business Unit or Candidate.
Under Timesheet, we have options to see Weekly Timesheet, Custom Timesheet & Signed Timesheet
A Weekly Timesheet is a detailed table in calendar format displaying the candidate’s shifts for every day of the week including Start, End, Break for each working day of the week as well as Total Hours & Total Cost for the week.
A CustomTimesheet can be produced based on any period of time as requested. A Custom Timesheet may be produced for a period of a day, week, month or any selected date range.
Signed Timesheet is the timesheet which the staff submits from the candidate mobile app after getting the digital timesheet signed from the care manager or authoriser.
The Mobile App is linked with the software so the moment the staff/candidate submits the signed timesheets, it is visible under Signed Timesheets.
The two options under Invoice are — Client Invoice & Candidate Invoice.
Payroll report, Staff report, Client report, Business Unit report, Invoice report, Document report & Rate Card for both Client rate & Staff rate.
Logezy Candidate Mobile App User FAQ
You will receive an email with the password reset link as soon as the agency set up the candidate in the system. The candidate needs to use the registered email id to reset the password to login to the App. The app can be downloaded from Android Playstore as well as Apple App Store.
Vacancies, Bookings, Availability, Documents, Timesheet and Inbox are the different tabs available on the home screen of the mobile app.
Under this tab, the candidate can see current vacancies and job openings available. The candidate can apply for vacancies listed here.
Here the candidate has the option to update the start, end or break hours and get the timesheet signed digitally.
Under this tab, the candidate can confirm his or her availability to cover a vacancy/shift for any date by tapping on E for early, L for late and N for a night shift and U for Unavailable.
Under this tab, the candidate can see all the documents which have already been submitted as well as the list of documents which needs to be submitted. The candidate can upload his or her documents directly from here.
Here the candidate can see all the signed timesheet for the current week or historical.
